Help with successful breastfeeding, including tips, techniques, latching assistance, and education on breastmilk supply and demand. Formula use and bottle feeding guidance.
Guidance on newborn care, including bathing, changing nappies, and soothing techniques.
Guidance on sleep for both newborns and new parents, including establishing healthy sleep routines and techniques for getting more restful sleep.
Help with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, washing dishes, light meal prep, and tidying up around the home.
Help with running necessary errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions.
Support for older siblings, including keeping them entertained, engaged, and involved in the new baby's care.
Referral to other professionals such as lactation consultants, mental health professionals, local baby groups and classes, and other infant specialists.
