She stayed in regular contact nearing the end of my pregnancy providing support, guidance and sending great resources to questions, concerns and anxieties I had. After my c section she came to the hospital and stayed with me to give share her knowledge, compassion and comfort. We have had regular sessions postnatally which continue and is truly making all the difference to my experience becoming a first time mummy.
I feel so supported in navigating breastfeeding, routines, and giving transformative advice on self-care, baby care, and signposting me to other professionals like tongue tie and circumcision specialists in my area. It has made all the difference in my overall well-being, my mental health and my happiness on this crazy journey.

"Alice is an excellent postnatal doula and has helped me to gain confidence as a first time mum. We took my baby out and about a number of times and she accompanied me to local baby groups. Alice signposted me to some great resources for new mums and gently imparted her wealth of knowledge and experience of looking after a newborn. She has a professional approach, balanced with warmth, kindness and understanding. Alice is competent, confident and has a can do attitude. She shared lots of practical tips without being overbearing and was sensitive to my needs at all times. I would certainly recommend her service."

"Alice has been helping for overnight care with our newborn when my husband was away for the night. From the moment she arrived, she made me feel safe, supported and in great hands. She gave me the time to accommodate my needs and she had such a delicate approach when doing things with/for my baby girl. She would always ask first and make sure I was ok with her suggestions before trying anything new. Alice is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and with plenty of experience. I have learnt so much from her and nonetheless, she helped me get some good night sleep. Alice is simply amazing! Highly recommend her services."

"I decided to work with a postnatal Doula, as with a toddler already I wanted some support, and a chance to recover and relax. After speaking to a few doulla’s, Alice quickly stood out as the right partner for me! Alice is incredibly friendly and relaxed with a “can do” attitude. She is a fountain of knowledge (including toddler advice!) and was brilliant with my newborn. I’m not great at delegating, but she got stuck in, leaving me feeling totally comfortable to leave my newborn with her, and feeling much happier, relaxed and energised after her visits - and the house in a much tidier place! Highly recommend - she’s your girl! "
